Keith Knutsson

Mr. Mr. Keith Knutsson is a Managing Director of the Integrale Investments. He is responsible for overall strategic and investment direction and leadership of the firm. Mr. Knutsson spearheads the identification, evaluation, and consummation of new investment opportunities. He is responsible for establishing networks and alliances with marketplace experts and specialists.

Mr. Knutsson has over 15 years of experience in the European and US real estate markets. Mr. Knutsson joined Sodipierre Finance, a Paris-based private equity group with investment focus on real estate as a Sponsor Investor and Co-Director in 1999 to 2004. Sodipierre Finance is the investment division of the De Montemarte Family, France’s largest private real estate holder.

Mr. Knutsson also served as a consultant to Swan National assisting the management with the development of the EuroDollar car rental network (Europe’s largest privately held car rental company). Prior to consulting for EuroDollar, Mr. Knutsson was a Vice President for Dollar Rent-A-Car of Florida where he assisted the founders with the valuation and negotiated the sale of Dollar to the Chrysler Corporation.

Mr. Knutsson received his MBA from Columbia University and INSEAD with honors. He received his Bachelor’s degree in business from Emory University.

Jeff Bradley
Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Bradley joined Integrale Investments as its CFO in 2008. Over a span of thirty years, he has been CFO with six companies from startups to NASDAQ listed, in industries ranging from real estate to manufacturing to high tech.

Prior to joining Integrale, he was Executive Vice President and CFO for The Macauley Companies located in Atlanta Georgia for five years. Macauley was one of the largest land developers in the greater Atlanta area having developed over thirty projects in size up to 1,100 acres.

Other real estate experience included from 1982 to 1994, being Executive Vice President and CFO of The Landmarks Group headquartered in Atlanta. Mr. Bradley closed over $1 billion of financing and sales of real estate and restructured over $400 million of equity and debt for both corporate and project joint ventures. Mr. Bradley also served as CFO for Accord Networks where he assisted in raising over $60 million for a successful IPO and ac.

Mr. Bradley began his career in Cleveland Ohio with Ernst & Ernst (now Ernst & Young) working on high growth, start-up, and turnaround public companies. He graduated from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green Ohio with a BS in accounting and an MBA in finance. He is a certified public accountant.


Al Dougherty
Director of Planning and Development
Mr. Al Dougherty spearheads and directs all land and marina entitlement for Integrale Investments. Mr. Dougherty is responsible for obtaining the upland development order, marina entitlements (including design and permit renderings), and management of the submerged land lease process. Mr. Dougherty also serves in coordinating and managing the consultant team.

Mr. Dougherty is a founding partner of The Principle Group, a design and development firm based in Florida. Mr. Dougherty brings over 23 years of experience with master design communities from his tenure at WCI Communities, Florida’s largest homebuilder. Mr. Dougherty has also been responsible for the oversight, design, and development of 10 marinas in Florida.


Joshua Opinion
Analyst

Mr. Joshua Opinion is an Analyst for Integrale Investments. He is responsible for research and analysis, financial analysis, and daily operations.tech.

Prior to joining Integrale, Mr. Opinion served as an analyst for The Venture Group in 2005, a Tampa based firm specializing in business valuation, consulting, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Opinion duties focused on research and analysis. In 2004, Mr. Opinion was Head of Operations and Services for Welch Financial/ Raymond James. His duties included overseeing daily operations and client support and service.

Mr. Opinion received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Tampa.


Jim Slonina
Project Engineer
Mr. Jim Slonina assists with the civil engineering, land planning, and regulatory permitting needs of Integrale Investments. Mr. Slonina’s experience and leadership in Bay County provides depth to the team, providing a network of local business and government relationship on all levels. He has over 20 years experience in engineering design and project management having done work for major state and national developers, and industrial and public works projects. Notable projects in the area include Wild Heron, Bay Pointe Marina, and Lake Merial. Mr. Slonina also adds value to the project, having done all the engineering work on the former industrial park.

Panhandle Engineering, has extensive local and regional experience allowing them to ensure Integrale Investments meets and adhere to all development standards and regulations. The firm is regarding as one of Panama City’s leading engineering firms.


Bethany Womack
Environmental Permitting Specialist
Ms. Bethany Womack overseas the environmental engineering needs of Integrale Investments in Panama City. She is responsible for handling all wetlands issues for the property. Ms. Womack provides extensive background and experience in environmental issues on both the state and federal level. Prior to Garlick Environmental, Ms. Womack worked for the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). During her tenure with the DEP, Ms. Womack was responsible for reviewing and processing application for dredge and fill activities, conducting wetland delineation in compliance with the DEP, and enforcing statutes and rules.

Garlick Environmental has over 40 years of state governmental experience in land use planning and environmental permitting. The firm also has Federal experience with permitting in navigable waters and wetlands dredge and fill permitting issues. Garlick Environmental is one of the Florida Panhandle’s oldest and experienced environmental firms.


Bo Rivard
Regional Counsel
Mr. Bo Rivard serves as regional and local counsel for Integrale Investments. Mr. Rivard brings to Integrale Investments a wealth of political experience, key relationships with business leaders and knowledge of the working of government at every level. Mr. Rivard represents clients in the land use entitlement process. This includes processing comprehensive plan amendments, annexations, applications for re-zoning and development orders. Mr. Rivard has years of experience in working with local governments, including planning staff and elected officials.

Harrison, Rivard, Bennett has extensive background in real estate. The firm presently serves as counsel for The St. Joe Company- Florida’s largest private land owner.


Mary Doty Solik
Land Use Attorney
Ms. Mary Doty Solik is Integrale Investment’s Land Use Attorney. Ms. Solik adds valuable experience in representing both landowners and condemning authorities in eminent domain proceedings. Her land use litigation experience includes annexation disputes, appellate litigation of the denial of land use approvals, and ad valorem property tax assessment challenges. Ms. Solik has extensive experience representing the telecommunications industry in obtaining land use and zoning approvals for cellular communication towers. Ms. Solik is highly regarded in the state for her expertise in land use law.

Foley and Lardner is one of the nation’s oldest and most experienced law firms. Foley provides a broad range of experience in the representation of both institutional and entrepreneurial clients for their real estate and real estate finance legal needs, including commercial, residential, mixed use developments and land use and entitlements.


Craig Varn
Environmental Attorney
Mr. Craig Varn is an environmental and land use attorney for Integrale Investments. Mr. Varn has extensive legal experience and expertise in marina permitting and development. He is considered to be a leading authority in marina development in the State of Florida. Mr. Varn has been involved with permitting or related issues on approximately 20 facilities in the past two years. His main client is the Yacht Clubs of the Americas. Mr. Varn has worked throughout the state which includes every DEP District.

Craig Varn along with his father, Jake Varn, are considered leading attorneys in the State of Florida for marina planning and permitting and have extensive experience with the state agencies. The firm is highly respected in the State.
